Patient has been missing tooth in front for years. He had a stayplate that he used but it would constantly irritate his gums, fall out, and he couldnt chew with it. He was finally ready for a permanent solution, so we placed an implant for him and now he doesn't have to worry about it falling out when eating and can smile normally.
